Pucker up! Gwendolyn's lemon bars are all made by hand from scratch. European all-butter shortbread crust is topped with our homemade lemon curd of egg yolks, sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Baked until set and then dusted with confectioners’ sugar. We use over 40 lemons for one batch of these delicious bars.
