How are the cakes packaged for shipping?
Our cakes are flash-frozen and shipped in insulated containers with dry ice to ensure they arrive fresh and maintain their structural integrity during transit.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, we have a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan cakes. Please note that while we take precautions, all products are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, and nuts.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 3-5 business days in advance. For custom wedding or event cakes, please contact us at least 4 weeks prior to your date.
How should I store my cake once it arrives?
Upon arrival, you can store your cake in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. For the best flavor, allow the cake to reach room temperature for 2 hours before serving.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to ensure our cakes remain fresh and arrive within the necessary temperature-controlled window.
