This decadent chocolate cake is three layers of French Valrhona chocolate cake, filled with silky Callebaut Belgian chocolate ganache and mousse-like chocolate malted cream. Frosted with her signature dark fudge Callebaut frosting and topped with a sprinkling of Fleur de Sel Sea salt that comes from the Île de Ré in the South of France. This salt is only harvested three months out of the year and is the perfect topping for her cake.
